Clean and spacious rooms, with family-friendly bunk beds. Breakfast area is too small for the number of guests. Good location with easy access to nearby attractions and a golf course. Parking can be tricky at times.

The heating in the room was good, but the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and didn't cool the room effectively. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick pick-me-up. One thing I did appreciate was the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. It's always nice when hotels offer these little extras. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up in the mornings, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some entertainment in the evenings. The carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit worn out, and I noticed some areas needed a good vacuuming. Housekeeping could have been more thorough in cleaning. The laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown as the dryer wasn't working, forcing us to find a laundromat nearby. the stay had its ups and downs.

helpful staff, spacious room with a large mini fridge to comfortably store drinks and snacks, and a very good heater to keep the space cozy.

Our room was spacious and cozy with two big beds and a pull-out couch, perfect for our group! The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night. Plus, I loved the clean bathroom with plenty of makeup remover wipes—such a thoughtful touch!

Appliances like the microwave and refrigerator worked fine without issues. the heating was troublesome; no matter the thermostat setting, the room remained excessively warm. The noise level was manageable, but we struggled with a remote that only functioned at close range. Breakfast offered more variety than expected, including waffles and cereal. Still, lacking protein options was noticeable. Staff attitudes varied, with some being friendly while others seemed less welcoming. The overall comfort was decent, but several aspects could use improvement.

Navigating a highway closure at 1:00 am was less than ideal. Thankfully, Martin at the front desk provided exceptional service. He helped coordinate with Expedia for a refund when I called about their strict policy. The room was spacious and clean, though it initially had a stuffy smell which faded once the air conditioning kicked in—a feature I appreciated. Breakfast options were decent, but coffee availability was lacking, arriving late and poorly brewed. the wifi failed to connect, and access doors were often unsecured. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving me without fresh towels on several occasions. Awareness of policies for third-party bookings is essential. With improvements, this could be a solid choice.

This hotel is fantastic for those who love to wander around as it’s just a short walk from several parks and historic sites with Bushmaster Park being only about a 15-minute stroll away, plus you can reach the Arizona Camera Museum and the beautiful Mt Elden Lookout Trail in less than 30 minutes on foot, making it an ideal base for weekend adventures; the spacious rooms and great amenities like a large mini fridge were definitely a plus for our family, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety and convenience.

Our experience was marred by various issues. The wifi was unreliable, the exit door facing the highway was left open multiple times, compromising security.

During my Christmas stay, I had a cozy room with comfy beds and a refreshing shower. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. I loved that the hotel is conveniently located next to a restaurant, perfect for a quick meal. entering the rooms through a hallway instead of directly from the parking lot felt safer and more private.
Some minor inconveniences did dampen my experience. There was a mildew smell in the older property, and sometimes not all towels were replaced daily.

My squad had a blast hitting the slopes for some epic skiing and checking out the rad boutiques in the area! The room was super comfy, and breakfast hooked us up for the day ahead.

I visited the Beasley Art Gallery for a dose of American culture. The newly remodeled property is perfectly located for exploring Northern Arizona's wonders. I felt like a true adventurer with easy access to the Grand Canyon and other activities.

I chose Super 8 for its proximity to Flagstaff Area National Monuments, which I was eager to visit. But the customer service exceeded my expectations with their reliable service and useful assistance. The free wifi throughout the property was also a great convenience, and I enjoyed the daily breakfast featuring fresh hot waffles.
Room had unpleasant pet odor.

we had a great stay at Super 8. we enjoyed a nice room with comfortable beds and clean showers. the best part for us was the bunk bed, which our kids loved. the room was quiet, and we could park next to the building, with our room facing our car. the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and the location next to the mountain was a hit with our kids. we would definitely stay here again.
